Flower-therapy

Take as much time as you can each day to breathe in the fragrance of fresh flowers. That is nature's freshest aromatherapy and plants hold the power to boost our moods with positive energy, lessen anxiety and soothe the heart. Put plants to work as often as possible - in your meals, through your sense of smell, and directly on your skin as your skin "eats" what it absorbs.
